We Qualify the Lead: Our expert team will evaluate the lead to ensure it meets our investment and client criteria. We’ll handle all communication and negotiation with the property owner or institution.
Earn a Commission: Upon the successful closing of the referred deal, you’ll receive a competitive referral fee as a thank-you for your contribution. Referral commissions can range from 5% to 50% of the total commission received, based on the size of the deal and other factors. LichtensteinRE has paid millions in real estate referrals to date, including $500,000 on a single $105,000,000 transaction.

Referral Criteria:

To qualify for a referral commission, the lead must meet the following conditions:

The property must not already be listed for sale.
The lead must be new to our network and not previously contacted by LichtensteinRE.
The deal must successfully close with LichtensteinRE as the broker.

Please note: Unless prohibited by law, referral fees can only be paid to a licensed real estate broker or attorney.

Commission Structure:

Referral commissions are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the size and value of the deal. Commissions typically range from $10,000 to $100,000, providing fair compensation for every successful referral.
