Key Responsibilities
- Solicit exclusive listing agreements for commercial properties.
- Build and leverage relationships to generate high-quality leads.
- Visit properties, take photographs, and write detailed proposals.
- Coordinate financing and refinancing opportunities.
- Showcase properties to buyers, investors, and tenants.
- Participate in negotiations and attend closings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Compensation & Notable Deals
- Independent contractor, commission-only role.
- Typical property sales commissions range from $30,000–$90,000.
- Notable Transactions:
- $100M+ property sale: $500K paid to the agent.
- $11M mortgage placement: $27,500 commission paid.
- $14.5M marina construction loan: $54,375 commission paid.
